The Electoral Roll or register is a list of all those registered to vote in a given area. The electoral roll governs the process of voting, helps to eliminate electoral fraud and is also used to select those for juries. It is sometimes commonly known as the Electoral Register Voters Roll and Register of Electors.
The Electoral roll is used in most democracies including the United Kingdom (UK), Australia, and New Zealand. In the United Kingdom (UK) the right to register for voting extends to all British, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth and European Union citizens. People in the UK are required by the law to provide their name and address for inclusion on the Electoral roll.

district and has two formats. The full electoral roll is made available for a supervised
